Ahlibank Online Banking provides you with safe and secure online access to your accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, wherever and whenever you want. You can view your account balances, transfer funds and much more. There are no registration fees to use the Service.
Security was the most important priority for us when we were designing our Online Banking services. Our Online Banking service is protected with security measures that meet industry standards. We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of your information and our aim is to have one of the safest Online Banking service in the industry. We have put in place a number of measures to ensure that our Online Banking services are safe and secure. We are committed to constantly enhancing all security aspects of our Online Banking services. Existing Online Banking Users

If you are an existing user, there is no need to register. You can access Ahlibank Online Banking services by clicking on the Online Banking login option on our website. To login, you will need:

  • Your existing User ID and password
  • If you are unsure of details, please call the Contact Centre on +974 4420 5222.

New Online Banking Users

Registering for Online Banking services with Ahlibank is simple and easy. If you hold any kind of account with Ahlibank, you can access Ahlibank Online Banking services using your Mac or PC by clicking on the online banking login option on our website and then click the register button. To register, you will need your:

  • Qatari ID
  • Debit or Credit Card number
  • Debit or Credit Card PIN number
  • Qatari mobile phone
  • Mac or PC

All the above registration details need to be registered with Ahlibank. If you are unsure of your details or if you do not have all your details registered with us, please call the Contact Centre on +974 4420 5222.

Technology Requirements

Yes. Both languages are supported. You can set your language preferences from the login screen.
An One-Time Password (OTP) is a password that is valid for only one log-in session or transaction. OTPs avoid a number of shortcomings that are associated with traditional (static) passwords. Our OTP uses complex algorithms for enhanced security.

Accounts

For Qataris:
  • Valid Qatari ID
  • Salary certificate/salary assignment letter from employer (if requested)

For Expats:
  • Valid Qatari ID
  • Passport with Valid Resident Permit
  • Salary certificate/salary assignment letter from employer (if requested)

Credit Cards

Simply call Ahlibank Contact Centre on +974 4420 5222 before you travel overseas to ensure your Credit Card works in the countries you are travelling to. This is aimed at minimizing any fraudulent transaction on your Credit Card.

Debit Cards

Your Ahlibank Debit Card has clearly defined daily limits for cash withdrawal at ATM’s and for purchases at merchant outlets:

For Platinum Debit Cards:

Daily Cash Withdrawal Limit QAR 75,000

For Classic Debit Cards:

Protection for Online Purchases Using your Credit Card - 3D Secure

3D Secure is a security code that provides added protection against unauthorized use of your Credit Card when you shop online at participating merchants. It is just like your PIN at the ATM. All you do is enter your One Time Password (OTP) received on your Ahlibank registered mobile number when prompted during shopping at participating online merchant.
You will not be asked for any details. Your Ahlibank Credit Card is already registered for 3D Secure. Just enter a One Time Password (OTP) that you will receive on your Ahlibank registered mobile number at the time of the online transaction using the Ahlibank Credit Card.
No. This service is free of charge.
Your 3D Secure OTP is valid for a specific transaction and can only be used once.
In case your Ahlibank Credit Card is blocked for online transactions, please contact the Ahlibank Contact Centre on +974 4420 5222.
