Himyan Card is a Prepaid Card that can be used at all locations where NAPS cards are accepted. Himyan Cards are loaded with any set amount of funds and can be used for multiple purchases for as long as value remains on the card.
  • Himyan Card is a "reloadable Prepaid Card", meaning you can top-up the card as much as you can with QAR currency only and then use it in all ATMs, Point of Sale (POS) and Online within Qatar to access your money quickly and safely.
  • Himyan Prepaid Card carries the NAPS logo, so it can be used at thousands of places that accept NAPS cards, including online domestically.
  • Each time you make a purchase, that amount is automatically deducted from the card balance. It is best to personally keep track of your balance, as most merchants will not be able to tell you.
  • The card does not offer a line of credit like a Credit Card, which means you cannot use more than what is already loaded on the card.
  • Cardholders can also pay for goods and services at merchants locally only.
When you're ready to make your purchase, tap or swipe your card. The purchase amount will automatically be deducted from the card balance.
Yes, you have to activate your card before using it by calling us on +974 4420 5222 or via Ahlibank ATMs.
Yes, you can change the PIN anytime using Ahlibank ATM.
Customers can get up to 2 cards under each QID.
The card is valid for 5 years as per expiry date printed on the card.

Visit Apple Pay Wallet on your device and remove the Card
Yes, you are permitted to add the card back into Apple Pay Wallet.
You need to call our Contact Centre at (+974) 4420 5222 immediately and they will explain your options for a replacement card. Your existing physical card will be blocked and a new replacement card will be sent to you. The Bank will make this transition as seamless as possible by assigning your existing Apple Pay virtual card to the new card. As a customer, you need to activate the new physical card and enable it for Apple Pay. You also need to register the new card in Apple Wallet in case the new card is not automatically reflected.
You need to call our Contact Centre at +974 4420 5222 so that we can suspend the ability to make Apple Pay payments using the reported card. The Bank can re-enable the Apple Pay service for the reported card once the customer confirms having access to their device.
