Graduates successfully complete the second “Ahlibank Kawader” programme

Ahlibank held an awards ceremony at the Qatar Finance and Business Academy (QFBA) to celebrate the second group of graduates under the “Ahlibank Kawader” programme.
This bespoke programme, developed between Ahlibank and QFBA aims to recruit, develop and build in-depth expertise in banking and finance amongst Qatari Nationals and is integral to Ahlibank’s plan to increase Qatarisation in line with the Qatar National Vision 2030.

Mr. Saad Al-Kaabi, Head of Human Resources of Ahlibank said: “We are strongly committed to the development of Qatari talent via the “Ahlibank Kawader” programme and are delighted to recognise our second group of graduates, who have gained professional development tools and valuable skills.”

Mr. Saad Al-Kaabi added “Our partnership with QFBA, demonstrates the continued benefits of combining academia with practical experience to enhance the skills that these graduates bring to Ahlibank. Together, we are already planning on how we can enhance the next programme.”

Mr. Hassan AlEfrangi Deputy CEO - Retail and Private Banking of Ahlibank, said: “We would like to congratulate the graduates of “Ahlibank’s Kawader” programme and thank them for their effort during the training programme. We would also like to thank the QFBA for their, effort and support. We are committed to develop and qualify Qatari’s to enable them to be successful in the Banking and Finance industry and for them to assume leadership positions in the Bank.
