Important Announcement – Changes to Branches working hours

Doha, April 9th 2020 – According to the current situation, all our branches will be closed on Friday and Saturday. Starting Sunday 12 April 2020, only the following branches will be operational and the remaining branches are closed until further notice:

In line with precautionary measures taken to protect your health and safety, applications for service requests available in our Online & Mobile banking, Contact Centre and ATMs will not be accepted in our branches. Complete your banking transactions at home through our Online and Mobile banking services and our Contact Centre available 24/7. All cash deposit/withdrawal and cheque deposit for individual accounts will be available through our ATMs.
