Ahlibank Receives the PCI-DSS 4.0.1 certification, Reinforcing Commitment to World-Class Data Security Standards

Ahlibank has successfully received the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) certification, achieving compliance with the latest version 4.0.1 of the globally recognized standard. This milestone underscores the bank’s unwavering commitment to upholding the highest levels of security for payment card data and maintaining robust safeguards for sensitive customer information.
This milestone positions Ahlibank among the leading financial institutions in Qatar to achieve compliance with the newly introduced 4.0.1 standard, reflecting the Bank’s strong commitment to safeguarding customer information and applying the highest international practices in cybersecurity.
This special certification was presented on behalf of Ahlibank to
Mr. Mohammed Al-Namla, Chief Executive - Human Resources, Administration and Support Services of Ahlibank, during a ceremony held at the Bank’s headquarters, in the presence of senior executives and representatives from SISA International, the independent body that conducted the assessment and awarded the certification.
