How to deposit Cheques in our CDM

How to deposit Cheques in our Cash and Cheque Deposit Machine (CDM)

• Visit your nearest Ahlibank CDM
• Insert your Ahlibank Debit Card
• Choose your preferred language
• Enter your Card 4 digit PIN number
• Currency selection must be QAR
• Choose “Other Services” on the main screen
• Choose “Deposit” option
• Select “Cheque Deposit”
• Select the account you want the cheque to be deposited to
• Enter the date on the Cheque in (DDMMYY format) and press “Confirm” to continue
• Enter your Mobile number (8 digits) and press “Confirm” to continue
• Enter Cheque amount and press “Confirm” to continue
• Choose Source of Funds
• You will be promoted to insert the Cheque in the slot
• Cheque image will display on ATM screen
• Press “Confirm” and your transaction will be processed
• Your receipt will be printed automatically, please take your receipt and Ahlibank Debit Card

Follow these Tips when depositing a Cheque in our Cash and Cheque Deposit Machine (CDM’S)

• Only Ahlibank Customers can use the “Cheque Deposit” option
• One Cheque can be inserted per transaction
• Only cheques drawn on Ahlibank or other local bank based in Qatar are accepted
• Postdated Cheques and Cheques older than 6 months are not accepted
• The value of the Cheque will be credited to your account within 2 working days, subject to clearing
• After depositing the Cheque keep the receipt for your records
